Thank you for being an SFA Member! We’re so excited to share with you that the SFA is launching a new trade show: Winter FancyFaire*. Our new first of the year show will debut in January 2026 in San Diego.​

The booth selection process will begin in just a few weeks and we want to make sure you don’t miss out. The pricing for the 2026 Winter FancyFaire* is:
$49 per sq. ft.* for Specialty Food Association members
* ($750 upcharge per 10x10 corner booth)

Space Draw is the Specialty Food Association’s booth space selection process available exclusively to our Tier 2 Members . The earlier your contract and deposit are received, the earlier you will select your booth within your priority point group.
How does the priority point system work?
The priority point system is based on the length of a member’s exhibiting history. The longer a member has been exhibiting in a given show, the earlier the member can select booth space for next year’s Show based on their priority point.
How do I participate?
To participate in Space Draw, submit your exhibit space contract with a 40% deposit by February 13th.
What happens after I submit my contract?
An email will be sent the week of February 17th with your appointment time for you to select your space. If you are not able to make the call you can either appoint someone else or an SFA representative who will select a booth by proxy, based on your preferences as indicated on your contract.
What if I miss the deadline to return my contract?
If you miss the deadline, you will need to wait until the space draw process is complete to select a booth space. You will be called by an SFA representative once it is your turn to select a space
NOTE: As a reminder, your 2025 annual dues must be paid to participate in the 2026 shows. If you have not yet done so, you can pay your membership dues by logging on to www.specialtyfood.com and clicking on the “Renew Membership” tab at the top.
